2. Shipping Classes & Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping class assigned to each item:
- Standard Courier Items: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days post-dispatch.
- Fragile & Glassware Items: Dispatched via specialized protective packaging carriers within 5–9 business days.
- Bulky & Large Items (e.g. Mattresses, Bonsai): Shipped via surface freight (7–12 business days). Delivery for certain bulky products may be restricted to Greater Noida and Delhi NCR.
- Made-to-Order & Custom Items (e.g. Wallpaper, Blinds, Floral Panels): Quoted individually. Lead time determined following site measurement (typically 10–21 business days).
3. Shipping Charges & Volumetric Calculations
Shipping fees are calculated based on either actual packed weight (in kg) or volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000), whichever is greater. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout or provided in your custom WhatsApp quotation.

Upon dispatch, tracking details and courier partner link will be sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number.
