1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders for standard products can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of order placement or prior to dispatch, whichever is earlier. Full refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 3–5 business days.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
If an order has already been handed over to the courier, cancellation requests will be treated as a return upon receipt (for returnable standard items). Two-way freight charges may apply.
3. Made-to-Order & Custom Order Cancellations
Custom orders (custom wallpaper, custom blinds, bulk corporate orders) cannot be cancelled once production or material cutting has commenced.
